Responive design broken on iPhone 6/iPad safari.

Hi, I'm having an issue on a custom wordpress theme's responsive design on Safari/iOS.

The design is 100% on Android and safari iPhones older than the 6. It works fine on Chrome on the iphone 6 as well. But on the iPhone 6/iPad in safari only, the slide down menu and a bunch of other things are broken (works fine on chrome). It also works fine on any responsive sims (e.g. mobiletest.me/)

Any suggestions or resources on how to figure this out? I can PM the URL if you want to see all the problems im talking about.
