Lock Content HTML code?

I am giving away a free video tutorial on one of my sites and it has been getting a ton of downloads lately. I'm looking to add a feature to make people tweet or share my link on Facebook before they are able to download my video.

Anyone know where I can find a basic template or maybe just some raw coding so I can implement this type of thing? Preferably just a php / HTML script and not something Wordpress based... Anything is appreciated though. Thanks.

I looked around a little and found this guide:
How to create social content locker using jQuery plugin

It looks like the same guide is written by other people in different colors and they're all trying to get your email address

This is the .js file that you should include along with the jquery library:
