            Yes. Your website is acceptable. I would recommend to set some light color background image. Dashboard -> Appearance -> Background
            OR, Appearance -> Your theme_name settings

            If you would like to add or remove menu items visit Dashboard -> Appearance -> Menu in your Wordpress dashboard.
            Next under the categories column (or page column), select the items you want to add to the menu. Save the menu.

            I can see, you already have blog categories in your website menu. So, all your blog posts have been linked to the home page via the blog categories. Due to the website design and space limitations, it is not possible to directly link "All Posts" from the website home page. Imagine having hundreds (or even 1000s) of posts! We would not put their direct links on our home page. Further we would also not like to display excerpts/summary of 1000's of posts on the home page!

              Hmm because one kind WR just give me suggestion to link home page to main page...to get more juice ....

              or I just left it as it is now?
              sometime I don't like to mess around waste thing on it..because I rather spend more time finding contents, getting traffic for my site.

              what your options?

                    You are confusing squeeze page with the home page.

                    If you want to capture leads at your blog, following are your options:

                    1] Use Popup on the blog

                    and / or

                    2] Use Optin form in the sidebar widget of your blog

                    Setting a squeeze page on blog home page is not a good idea.
                    You will NOT use squeeze page on your blog for capturing leads because the conversion rates of squeeze pages on blogs are not good.

                    The conversion rates of Sidebar Optin forms (put in the blog widget) and
                    popups are much better.

              bro I been searching a background for my site but cannot find any ideal one can help me?

              I not so incline in design so don't know which colour etc suit my site.

              I was thinking a black and red background ...but hard to get.
