Is it clear what my site does?

I tried to make the design minimal while still making it clear what this site does:

GoPay.us - Free Verified PayPal Profiles

It's not too complicated -- users sign up and create profiles which link right to their PayPal accounts.

Any design tips? Thanks!

I would say it is "Clear" but I am not sure I would say it is "convincing". There is a reason you developed this service.. why? think problem / solution. I am guessing the issue you are solving is the lack of professionalism a paypal link creates... your service keeps the convenience of paypal with a cleaner more professional path to getting there.

On your 'how it works' page "Go fuss" I am sure is supposed to be "No fuss"

Design wise your site is good. However, the purpose of the site is far from clear.

I'm a regular paypal user (both as a merchant and purchaser) and after looking at your website, I can really see what you are offering and what benefit it would be to me.

I agree with the other posters. It looks like a paypal type product/site. If you are going to go up against paypal, you need a distinct selling point. Why are you better than paypal? If you clear that up, I think you will be in the right direction. Page does look good though.

I've done conversion work for many big companies such as Expedia, The Boston Globe, Kobo Books, Firestone and more...

The site's purpose becomes clear after a little digging around. But I would never use the service. PayPal's default order form is simple enough. And people trust Paypal. I would never invite a 3rd party to intervene what's already a nervous activity for so many customers.
