If you wanna integrate some ecommerce functionality in your business I would suggest to try Webinse extensions based on the Magento platform. I currently use it coz it's the same Magento thing but for the lower price and I don't have to waste a whole lot of money no more. Compared to wordpress it's more trusted and secure I think

I just recently attended s webinar.. where this guy was promoting a peerfly campaign via blogspot sand ppc.. so i supppose its possible...
For wordpress i dont know
