Mirror site issue none Wordpress

Need help. Purchased a php website (none WordPress) from Flippa. It was supposed to be all ready to go for ebaycommerce which technically all the layout and scripts are. However when I applied for a ebaycommerce account they denied me stating they don't approve of mirrored sites. I'm still new to all this and need help as to what I can do with this site now since its been designed and setup for ebaycommerce. How can i make it not mirrored so I can get approved or any recommendations? Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Simple, it's not a secret that ebay is a fickle bitch.
    First get approved for your blog or website URL (according to whatever ebay likes).
    Later remove that website and upload your new website.
