Wordpress posts custom layout

I am looking for a wordpress plugin that will allow me to display posts like the following image. Any idea? https://i.imgur.com/F7kVSid.png

It looks like a slider, not a usual image.
Could you send it's website URL?

Just make a custom field in the post type then echo it in the loop....hope that will help, if not let me know will assist. Its pretty simple
