So... you want to convert vector to jpg or jpg to vector? Title and OP seem contradictory.

It depends on how complex or simple the JPEG is. If it's a simple graphic that was originally a vector, just import it into Inkscape, click on it to select it, then go to path -> trace bitmap -> then select brightness steps and click OK.

If that doesn't work you'll have to re-create it in vectors, or trace over it with vectors. Inkscape is a great program to do that with. Good luck.

I want to convert a JPEG Graphics To Vector Graphics For Teesprig

Here's a link to the pic

Would it be easier to use Inkscape & start over & just insert the heart
pic & different colors for the letters.

What type size should I use for the letters & what dimensions should
the pic be for it to work out ok for teesprings

You could try auto tracing in Adobe Illustrator but otherwise you can't really convert a raster image to vector without tracing.

You can recreate the same design in Inkscape, Corel Draw or Adobe illustrator to get a vector version of it.

I used Vector Magic & downloaded two files a EPS file & a SVG file the SVG looks like a html
document or a downloaded web page.

Would the EPS file be the best one to use, I want to get this done right the 1st
and not have a lot of angry customers with a messy t-shirt from teespring.

How can I check out this EPS file to see how it looks before I start promoting
this campaign & everything gets shipped out to a bunch of angry customers.

Remove the T-shirt background and then try to convert the design.
