Hello everyone, what are your personal experiences selling websites? what platforms were they sold on? what were they about? were they generating any traffic/revenue?

Im asking because i have an idea and could use your insight. I want to register domains, set up a website on wordpress with a (free) responsive, interactive theme, add some basic pages/content, & plugins, and sell it on flippa, website selling platforms, and/or different main sales sections.

what do you guys think? will it work?
do you believe it will be worth my time?

  • Sounds like you are on the right track and if you put together a few nice
    professional looking sites in different niches you can sell a lot of sites
    on Flippa or Facebook Groups

    I have sold sites on Flippa in the following niches
    SEO Reseller Sites
    Amazon Store Sites
    Ebay Store Sites
    Local Business Sites
    Gaming Sites
    just to name a few

    I put all sites using WordPress Themes and Plugins
