Hi, good day warriors,

I'm trying to create a site that allows users to submit a ticket and the ticket contains the details of the job request and also allows them to upload a file.
After the ticket is submitted, only the admins can then process the ticket and changed the status to "Done" or "Finished" status.

currently I'm interested in this wordpress theme, created by Appthemes.com

Are there any warriors who are more familiar with this theme? I'm not sure if the thing that i want to do with my site can be done with this theme.
