        if you need web 2.0 stands as describe in O'relly ( there are no specific but there are some trends)

        • try to get rid of thick black color
        • use chunky, more shape up font for logo
        • in tabs -change the font because box type techno fonts are not part of web 2.0 design (usually)
        however seems to be great looking!!! good work

    the first thing i see is your '****facebook and I leave. personally i think it makes the entire site seem like a joke and unprofessional.
    the flashing banners also degrades the design. the freelance area itself looks nice and clean since it is out of the box, but the wrapper, not good. get rid of the flashing banners, the crawling spiders and get a nice clean header..it would look very nice and trustworthy.
    the icons on the menu are nice, the font needs to change. there are too many different fonts on the page itself.
    Web 2.0 is actually a term for how a site runs in the backend, but as far as web 2.0 design, its not there.
    1-2 fonts in the same family, dump the cheapo animated banners, the google ads.
    the concept is good, I see you are trying to get the most from your investment, but you need to decide what the site actually is for and design accordingly.

      Too many ads, not cross browser friendly, site is messed up under netscape, script "radlance" is the worst script in the freelance market, the swearing makes you want to leave, colors do not match, meta tags will hurt you the way they are setup...

      Web 2.0 is just a marketing word, please review Google's CEO video on youtube. There is not such thing as web 2.0 design.

    Yea I also have to agree it is a slick, sweet site. The only thing I noticed was a little bit of a slow load time but other than that looks great!
