What SEO activity should I do for this website?

Hello everyone,

I'm working on a new project. My task is to do SEO for this company which provides free after effects templates, sony vegas templates, and cinema 4D templates. We are divided into two teams. Team A is handling on-page activities. Team B is doing off-page. I'm in Team B. Please guide me through the steps of off-page activities which is required for this website.

P.S. The keywords which I'm targeting are already on the first page.

    2) Start a blog on your website and post contents addressing to the locations you want to target.
    3) Share your contents on StumbleUpon.

      I'm confused to to create the Quora. What username should I use? It's going to be my name with my personal detail so what's the profit then of posting the answers with the targeted keyword?
