  • Web design tools are for example wix, blogger, wordpress, tumbler, joomla are the general tools most new developers will go for.

    However the problem is when you need to build real web applications that do more than just blog posts. Would you like to build a blog type website or application type?

  • I like dreamweaver. If you want to skip the headaches involved in writing a html and css then you can start a Wordpress and put a nice template to it

    • Dreamweaver is the best web designing tool. However, to take advantage of its great features, it takes time to learn. On the other hand, if you're looking for a quick static site, you can use one of the many drag and drop web page builders available at places like weebly, wix, or web.com.

      Personally, I would suggest you use a Word Press site, hosted on your own domain. Word Press is flexible and it's easy to install and use; plus there are plenty of templates available, both free and affordable. If you're new to web design, there is plenty of training available online.

  • If you know VB or C++, VS will be the best choice for you. If you know no programming language, as a beginner you can choose anyone such as Wordpress, Joomla or Drupal and you can try to take a start.
