Wordpress of course is the best and most popular tool for building blogs.
But if you are looking for something specific then look for "wordpress alternatives" on google

Well as everyone else told you, Wordpress is the best option for you. You can try WealthyAffiliate, you can build 2 blogs for free there in 5 minutes with no experience or you can also try wordpress.com, again free blog in 5 minutes.

Maybe if you're not used it can be hard all the options and stuff but just play for a while and you will notice that is quite simple. You can change themes when you want, add tons of plugins and you will never need to code anything unless you know how to do it.

If you decide to try one of them, you can always make a back-up of all your content/blog and change your hosting to a private one when you feel more confortable with wordpress and want to have 100% control of your website.

Wordpress would be the best choice. But you can use alternatives like Tumblr, Joomla, Blogger, Ghost and Weebly. You just have to read and research about each of them to know which of them are you most comfortable in using.
