I've been working on my site on and off for the past year and a half,I changed the layout several times to get the best out of it.
I need some feed-back , any advice would be highly appreciated. (including speed- i get mixed results from the popular testing sites).
I am also looking for someone to coach me in this affiliate field.
Thank you in advance!

It's a pretty good looking site. I like the logo and the obvious focus on sneakers. However, there are a few things I would change.

First, I'm not sure what the purpose of the site is. What am I supposed to do there? I think you could benefit from a very clear and direct tagline. A few examples:
    • The best place to buy sneakers
    • Leading sneaker news site
    • Find your dream shoe

Along those lines, I would drop the slider at the top. Sliders are notoriously bad for conversions, and it's taking up a lot of good screen real estate at the top.

Load times aren't too bad, but it looks like you could benefit from better hosting and caching. The page hangs a bit before any loading actually takes place.

Thank you for the tips, you're making some really good points. There is a tagline between the header and body ("One Stop Sneaker Shop") that for some reason only shows up on mobile, I will have the theme's tech guys fix this for me. The slider was always a question mark for me, the article you suggested made some light for me in this matter.
As far as the site speed- as you noticed - there is that "hang" before it loads, can't figure out how to fix it. I use a VPS from Wiretree which is great, the problem likely is related to the Theme or plugins. I tried all Cache and Minify out there, I am getting the best results with WP Super Cache and JCH Optimize (for Minifying). W3 Total Cache has never worked for me. Overall the site is a bit heavy, it may just be the best I can do for now, I 'll keep searching.
Again many thanks for your input!

Quick feedback. I like the site but might be slightly biased as I'm a regular buyer of trainers (UK ). It seems to load quickly and the products stand out well against the bright white background. My only concern is the lack of contrast on the scroll bar - black against a dark grey. But that might be just my eyes getting worse as I get older!! Hope this helps.

Your website is really good but there is always place to improve. The footer is boring, just lines and text. Maybe you can add most popular products or blog posts (I know you have that on the right side but you can have both) and a small contact form for people wanting to contact you right away.

Even if it's a clean design, you could also add a warm color as a main color of your theme, where you can add some taglines as other user told you.

This is a personal opinion but the logo doesn't work, the font can't really tell what's is all about, it's small and gives the impression to be outstretched, but the shoe is the worst part for me, I think a very cool vector shoe can work very well with some changes on the main logo.

Hi. I have your website up in front of me as I type this. Your website looks clean and straightforward. The color scheme that you used is minimal, which makes the text easy to read. But the website is too minimal it lacks a kick to it. I suggest that you add a bit of graphics or visual elements on your website but not too loud as it will overpower the photos of your products.

  • In marketing terms, gray isn't a good color, it sparks feelings of sadness.

Look at other retailers and you will see they use bright colors such as Oranges and blues. Its purely psychological but it works.

The description text next to the sneakers is difficult to read, maybe too small.

The Buy it now needs to be a button to make it stand out more

    Hope that helps

It's a great seeking web site. I prefer this company logo along with the apparent target athletic shoes.
