[Help] Is there a specific script for this?

You know those squeeze pages where they ask you a simple Yes/No question, upon clicking, it gives another set of question, 2-3 times before they ask you for your email address.

I'm planning to do something similar with 2 buttons (YES/NO) and 2-3 more other 2-option questions. Upon clicking the page will not change, only the options change. I do not need the answers recorded.

I'm trying to find sites that have that so I can see their source codes. Anyone have any sample sites that have this, or know how to implement this in html?

  • You can do this very easily using the Form Manager plugin by Campbell Hoffman.

    What CMS do you use(if any)?

    • I use Wordpress. This is a Wordpress plugin.
  • Gravity forms makes this fairly easy. Of course you could code it from scratch but most people are better off paying a few dollars than taxing their brains.
