Hi, I'm a newbie here on Warrior forum. I have a blog about health and fitness. If I want to have affiliate products on the site, can I do it on a separate page? I am promoting a few Amazon items within the posts, but wondered if I could dedicate a page toward promoting items like from Clickbank.

    Hi Lawrence,

Yes, you can promote different affiliate networks on the same site.

You can even promote products from different affiliate networks on the same page of your website, including Amazon and Clickbank products.

Thanks johnlagoudakis. I know that I can promote it within a blog post, but I was wondering if I could just have one page dedicated to promoting several products, for instance, Clickbank product reviews.

Of course you can this is your website isn't it? In that case I guess you can rule to have a dedicated page for products from any vendor you like for which you are an affiliate. That's the simple straightforward answer, but in order to be successful product offers are better promoted and best noticed when they are strategically embedded in context with with content.

I used to be a horse breeder. (Side note - How to make a small fortune breeding horses: Start with a large fortune and breed horses.) When people came to look at horses to buy, I started out showing them the maybe 5 horses I had for sale. But, they didn't buy any.

Then I learned to find out what the prospect had in mind, what did they want the horse for, what sort of horse had they had before, if they were going to ride it, what discipline did they ride, and how accomplished a rider were they? Once I learned all this, I showed them two horses (or only one sometimes, depending on what I had and what they wanted).

Then, after they looked at/rode the two horses, I would say: "Which of these two horses do you want?" or if they only had looked at one, I would say, "What do you think, and if you like him, when would you like to take delivery?"

    This made me more sales!

The lesson here is, don't overwhelm people with too many choices. They end up going away not buying anything.

On the page where you talk about what is interesting to a person, put one thing for them to buy there, that is related to the content, that will really solve their problem.

I agree, it is best to mix the products in the posts, they will get the best exposure and the best chance of getting the clicks. Nothing wrong with a products page, but how many eye balls will that get?

If your not already doing it, you could do reviews of products. Give a good bit of content so it's not like an advertisement. Or content that leads into a product. Just an idea. Maybe your already doing it.

Yes, I have included some in my post as advised. I am thinking of doing reviews as well. Thanks.
