I I've learned html and css and start learning JavaScript but I still worth at Photoshop and illustrator so I need a professional free course or a source to be professional at design programs

Design isn't just learning programs. You need to study d.e.s.i.g.n. A lot of people have software skills and no talent as a designer.

for this you may watch some tutorial videos, may may read some tutorial blogs or you can even use some designing software like webo, templatetoaster etc..

I encourage you to learn programming . More design is great but you should focus on possible new parts then learn design code.
