Hi all,

I have decided to follow my passion once and for all in 2016. I had a brainwave and acted on . I'd created a subscription website for online lessons. I had someone do the site for me. I'd like feedback on my site so far. I'd also like to know how to promote my site. I have facebook ads already, and tried posting in to buy swap sell groups but then got blocked from facebook. I also have a person who wants to sign up via credit card, as she has not got paypal. Any help on all this, or feedback on my site would be good.

The website looks really nice; the only thing I would recommend is making the font size for "Mitchell Piano Studio Online" about 2 - 3px smaller so the spacing around it looks the same inside the logo box.

Hope that helps. And wish you a prosperous service launch.

Just an update fols. Nothing to report. My facebook ads for nothing. Getting a few clicks per day, but that's it. I'm beginning to look in to other options as I guess music isn't something people want to do. I'm thinking affiliate marketow but it looks SO complex, and I don't have the no how to do a website or the money to make one. Wish there was a aplug and play type thing.

You don't need a Paypal account to sign up. Customers can buy through the Paypal link with their credit card.

    The site is fine.

Except...I don't see an opt-in form. So you're paying for this traffic, and here's what's going on:

They show up, and if they don't have $25, or want to buy just yet, or trust the site enough to invest...they leave and they're gone forever.

Set up the opportunity to continue to market to them through email.

The main problem is probably that you don't have enough traffic.

Unqualified Leads >>> Qualified Leads >>> Buyers.

    See these directions.

Right now you're missing Steps 4 and 5, at least.

Your traffic source may also not be that great (ie. how pre-qualified / targeted is it? That would be Steps 2 and 3.)

Ad swaps, unless they're with other music/lesson vendors, aren't likely to be very targeted, are they?

The number one problem my funnel clients have when I first speak with them is insufficient traffic to meet their money goals.

They simply don't have enough unqualified leads coming into the system to make it work.

For every buyer, you're going to need so many qualified leads (10? 20? 100? I don't know...but you must find your baseline. This is the Conversion side of things.)

For every qualified lead, you're going to need so many unqualified leads to come into the funnel. (Again, 10, 20, 100? You'll have to figure this out for yourself, and then improve upon it; this is the Traffic side of the equation.)

Say you need 10 qualified leads--people who admit they want piano lessons and have the time & money to take action on it--to get one buyer. OK, that's a 10:1 ratio for the Conversion side.

And say you discover you need 20 unqualified leads to get 1 qualified lead.

That's a 20:1 ratio on the Traffic side.

    200:10:1

That would be your money equation. Are you getting the 200 unqualified leads into the system?

Most people think their results are going to come faster, like from 20 people who click through. Nope. Not enough.

Develop your baseline...then improve on the Traffic side...then improve on the Conversion side.

If math scares you, and this looks like gibberish, them IM isn't going to be for you. This is what professionals know and do.
