How to display product data from a DB

I have a database with product information that all has the same fields (just different data). I also have a web page designed to display the data exactly how I want it displayed (format basically).

What I want to do is to basically display the data the same way an ecommerce site does, without the buy button. It simply says call for more info (instead of having a buy button).

Do you think PHP & MySQL is the best way to render this data? Or could I use something woo-commerce & shut off the e-commerce aspect of it?

    You can do it with PHP/mySQL. WooCommerce has lot of features, you can use it to display products only (without purchase option).
