Wordpress pop up form?

Hi, I'm looking for a cheap pop script for my Wordpress site to collect emails.
The ones I've been looking is:
- allow me to time when the form appear.
- allow me to add graphic, such as ecover or something.
Any suggestion guys?

Although you can code a script for this, but you can achieve all of this via Plugin

Here, is one of the best and I personally use, SMART POPUP
