Use the especial templete for mobile or using responsive is good for seo ?

I have build a website but i wavering between using a especial template when user browse my site on mobile or using css and js (the same boostrap) to responsive the template, what's better ? and wat is good for seo ?

    Responsive website is good for SEO. but all website need to do complete all meta tag option like title, keyword, description etc. If you do all on your site so your site will good for SEO.

    Responsive design is good for a site. There have couple of frameworks(like Bootstrap, Zurb Foundation), gives quick ways to make a responsive website.
    Now main thing is that it has little impact on search engine or search results but Google says the effect of this change will be profound.

    Responsive is definitely the way to go, google wants all of its visitors to be able to view your website and for it to be user friendly, so if your visitor is on mobile, tablet, or PC your website will accommodate all viewers.

    Thank for help but i think all you understand wrong my question but i want to know what is good between using responsive to make template fix with mobile,pc or tablet and using the individual template for mobile or pc. Example facebook ,they don't using responsive but when you browse facebook it will using individual template for mobile .

    Facebook also use responsiveness for their site.
    But, their idea is different than responsive web framework idea.
    They use responsive sub-domain website idea for their mobile site.
