Done it and still I am in the dark. I am missing something. I got the files from owner and not sure what's my next step, how much I will be charged etc. Also, the page is Amazon affiliate, so don't know what to do about that either..

Not sure what the files you got are. You should get a folder with an HTML page and images (usually). You must get a domain and host service. You then upload the images and HTML file. The HTML, once online, should be titled "INDEX". So when you enter the url into your browser you will see the HTML.

Like some of the comments suggest, it is best to contact a domain & host provider. They can walk you through the process. webhostingpad.com is pretty good or even godaddy.com

The process overall is pretty simple. Your first time is always the trickiest.

I bought goDaddy hosting, thanks. But when I transferred files the page is not active yet.
      I sent attach.

Not sure if it's good but needs some time, or I made mistake somewhere....

If you bought web hosting with godaddy contact their support they should be able to help you out the best on it..

Most host provide free site migration when you set up new hosting with them.

If you have moved the files over to your new server have you set the name server settings for the domain name to point to your new server?
