problem with writing an article on wordpress

hello guys,

i am facing a problem on wordpress which is when i try to add a new post to my blog and i go to the control panel then add post, i cant use the visual editor to write an article !!
why is this and how to fix it ?

also to know i have many articles on my blog i have written them before using visual editor on the control panel !!
please help

you can post some images here to find out detail.
or may be you lost data, you can try to set up wordpress again,

Update your existing plugins and themes, sometime outdated plugins or themes creates such problem.

Make sure that you haven't accidentally checked the "Disable the visual editor when writing" box" in your profile. Get to it by going to your WP dashboard, choosing Users and then Your Profile.

guys all my plugins is up to date also my them !!
and i tried to disable many plugin to check if one of them cause this problem !! without any change
so please i need a way to fix this issue !!

Which visual editor are you using? If it is Visual Composer, you need to use the older version of VC like 4.7... I had the same problem when I updated the visual editor to a new release. When I put it back, everything was okay.

I think there is some technical problems. You may update it. If you will not get positive results then visit the guide of wordpress to get all information.
