Hi everyone

I`m looking for a plugin or plugins that will allow users of the site to

A, post images

and

B, create posts with or without images.

The scenario is a fishing website and I would like to give the members the opportunity to upload pictures of the fish and or the ability to write a short post of their visit.

Obviously I would want to vet the images/posts before they went online to and something to prevent spam or anything not suitable.

Is there such a plugin??
