Is this doable? Making an A HREF load a flash movie within a flash movie

Hello all,

I'm curious if this can even be done -
Basically I'm making a "homepage only" redesign for this website and I need the links to go to their old links on their old website. The only thing is that their old website is built entirely in flash and consists of one main flash piece that links to several other separate flash pieces. Here's what I'm talking about...

OLD website:
eaglenyc. com

NEW website I am trying to link:
eaglenyc. com/test


So on this NEW website I want to be able to, for example, click on the "About, History" link and it go to the "About, History" page within the OLD website.

Again, everything is in flash and this new one is built in HTML/CSS. So I'm wondering if there is a way to make an A HREF load a movie within the main movie of a flash file?

I've heard of "AsFunction" but that's a different story.


Any suggestions on easiest approach?
I know this can be done.

    If you have the original edit file ".fla", then you can edit it from Adobe Flash or any similar flash editing software.

    If your design has a text file for text and links, all you have to do is edit that. Otherwise, there's no way you can edit it.
