Should I move my blog from blogger to my own domain name and own Hosting.

Hope you are doing well.
I am working on a blog created on blogger.
Right now I am using my own domain name server and here is my url: http://blog.hostindia.net/
Now I want to move all my posts and content to my own created blog site and own hosting service.
Can I do this in a such a way that it will not impact my Google rank.
The reason I am doing this is to get a higher rank in Google SERP.
However are you guys suggesting me to do this or the present situation is good for SEO?
If you are suggesting me to move my blog from blogger to own blog site suggest me the correct way.
