    health and fitness niche is very tough and competitive.

    I also doing it.

    ranking always down very fast whereas when come up it is slow but sometimes it will suddenly up a lot but down also quite fast....as it is very competitive.


    nevertheless if there is huge competition on health and fitness niches , it means there are a lot opportunities to earn from it.

    I don't really aim selling any health and fitness products...i more into Adsense...slowly build up...the traffic...whereas if got sales is " bonus "
