Should I switch to a cloud hosting package?

I am switching hosting companies for my site. I have been reading for an hour and still cant really find an answer.

I expect rapid growth of my site over the next 12 months. i use wordpress and have very basic knowledge (almost none) of programming. i just use a theme and i know how to post my articles that way. that's basically it.

i read that using a cloud can be more difficult. for who? for me? will it be more difficult for me to post articles? i am confused about that, and that is my biggest worry.

so any advice on if i should do it for the benefits as well as for the simplicity will be appreciated

  • I'm still trying to wrap my head around the concept of hosting.
    You're using WordPress, that will make it easy to post articles.
    It is OK, to be confused as that much of that is technical.
