Please help with CSS or html

I have an image on my site which is in the widget section on the right side, which I wish to reduce it, because I dont have much content to display below.

How Can I reduce this image :

The site is shiheziuniversity . com. If you see on the site, this image is much longer.

I also want the whole text to be shifted a little on the left side.

Any expert help, appreciated.

    I visit your site and there i see image, you talking about to reduce little, There i see you give specific height of "800px" to frame, Inspect element this image and there you can see the height of frame. Reduce the height and go to Custom Css and put that desired one. Like

    #text-4 .frame {height550px !important;}

    And also you can shift the content to left by adding css;
    #text-4 .linklist {left: 790px !important;}

    I think it will help you.

      Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Editor > style.css

      Just put below css in above mentioned style.css folder

      #text-4 .frame {height550px !important;}
      #text-4 .linklist {left: 790px !important;}

      actually I wanted the right hand section of "News Center & Events"
      just like it is there on this site :

      But on my site, the height is too much, how to do that ?
