I don't know if I am posting this in the right section, but here goes:

I am the owner of the internet domain: FunFacts.net and I want to know your opinions as to whether I should develop or flip this? If I choose to develop and to genuinely work hard on it, can I expect a nice return on investment, in terms of income? Or should I take my chances and flip it and work on developing something else? People have told me that it's very effective to develop, but I just want to make sure.
