Website Re-Design Letter / Email Template

Hi There,

Thanks in advance for taking the time to read this.

I have been looking everywhere for a letter / email template, which basically covers offering a redesign of their existing website.

I have bullet points for all the pluses etc., but i am struggling to find the best wording to get the point across that their site is in need of an overhaul without offending them.

Once again, any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi Sam,
    Basically you need a writer first and then a designer to create the email template. Go to Warrior for Hire section and you will find pretty good writers which can surely help you out.

    Keep your emails straight to the point with just a few sentences. I've used wording like "spruced up" or "slightly updated". I've done many redesigns using these keywords. It also helps if you have a real domain / site outlining your services along with a way for your potential clients to connect - LinkedIn, Phone, etc.
