I've used this guy and was extremely happy with his work and pricing.

I plan to keep using him for all future work.

Also, always negotiate the price. Regardless what price you get, you can almost always get it for less!!!

My experience with freelancers is they always highball their offers and it's your job to negotiate it down.

It also helps to know what is a good price, so you make sure that your getting it.

    https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~016cc9ffd445191c97

You can also just post a job on upwork and lowball everyone's bids.

I guess you probably can figure out that I'm a cheap *******. But hey, a dollar saved...is a dollar earned.

I have been using the Upwork since 2011 without any problem. Besides the Upwork I also use the Fiverr. It is also good. You can use anyone of these which is more convenient for you. I think these two sites is good. Thanks for your advance.

Upwork and Fiverr already mentioned. But here's something important. Make sure that whatever outsourcer you choose, they are agreeing to hand over the original psd or ai and give your full rights to ownership. You may need to have the cover edited in the future and need to be able to do this easily even if the original designer is offline.

Designers on Upwork seem to do a good job. That's where I would start if I didn't personally know of any designers or references that can recommend good designers.

As far as Fiverr goes, remember that you get what you pay for. I'm not saying that you can't find quality work for $5, but in my experience it's very rare. I've actually bought a few $5 logos in the past out of morbid curiosity of what a $5 logo looks like and wasn't very impressed to say the least.

    Hi.

The big freelancer sites like Upwork, Onlinejobs.ph, Freelancer and Fiverr are great places to start, just like everyone above already mentioned. There are also places like 99designs and designcrowd who only have freelance graphic designers. You might want to give them all a shot though. You'll never know what kind of talent you'll discover even if it's not on a freelance designer marketplace.

There's Behance and Upwork. Those are probably the most popular ones, and great for freelancers. Though, a lot of companies now look to outsourcing companies offshore to find virtual assistants and graphic designers. It's because it costs them less. You might try researching a bit on that.

No put a sh*** logo on a great looking site, and it brings the whole site down!

There are many freelance websites like Freelancer, upwork, toptal, pph
or micro-job websites like Fiverr, Yooker.com
Yooker isn't saturated like other sites though. You can find graphic design jobs raning from $4 to $100. If you are newbie(may that's why you asked this question), this site is great. Once you earn your first $500 and get 90% customer satisfaction, you are promoted to level 2. Payment is in paypal and payoneer like other plateform but its worth to try. Its free to join, and there is no interview or working for free thing at time you signup so you don't have to loose anything.

There are many freelance sites like freelancer, upwork, toptal etc

Yooker is not saturated like fiverr and good for newbie(I guess that's why you ask this question). You can find graphic design jobs from $4 to $100 and there is no strict criteria, inteview or free work to do at the time you signup here. So there is nothing to loose. They pay in paypal and payoneer like other websites.

    Go to Upwork.com

It's the most reliable place to find quality freelancers to outsource work to.

You may get lucky and find cheaper graphics designers from the phillipines at http://onlinejobs.ph

Fiverr is good, also you can try Odesk but you can get better prices at Fiverr - just need to search and read some feedback on the seller to get started.
