It looks simple and straight to the point.
Who is ur TD?

Looks okay overall, but there's definitely room for improvements, e.g. typography, contact form.

Just on point, on your home page you say 'in a affordable rate'

It should be 'at an affordable rate'

It's nice, responsive, and loads fast. Just try to validate and check your errors at https://validator.w3.org.

Website has been developed very well. It has very clean and responsive design. Looks awesome

1. In navigation bar services and blog need a caret icon that represents dropdown.
2. Portfolio is good, but it seems that same concept has been used for every website. Like same homepage background concept, same navigation bar with little bit changes.
3. Services page have main content, need to give background color, bold the heading to differentiate from others.
4. Social media icons are not working, clicking on FB redirecting on other website. Some of them are not working.
5. Blog is not completed. Give space/new line in paragraph.
6. Since it is a freelancer's individual website change the navigation "About Us" to "About" or something else.
7. <http://revilladesigns.weebly.com/about-us.html> is designed very well. If possible put your image too.
8. Contact page have few field to setup but visitor will need to scroll it. I will suggest to manage the height of text fields.
9. Correct the submit button, either put right icon on button or remove that icon. Put cancel or reset button too.
10. Show your location, for it put google map.
