Best Chat Box Out There
I currently use Click Desk at for my website. So far it's okay, the problem is I miss out on many leads. It seems like I don't get alerted when a prospect is initiating a chat.
I have the app and it doesn't seem to alert me in a timely basis. I wish also too it had a feature that I could personalize the alert separate from other alerts on my cell phone so I know it's a lead.
Does anyone know of a better chat box that has better features? Something that has a great integrated app for cell phones?
I'm also considering hiring a service to work the chat box and give answers. Any suggestions on a service that provides agents to answer questions?
