1. What is the best way to create a lot of content quickly?
Curate - get content from other sites and curate, adding your own titles, paragraphs and images... You can use a scraper too get content and rewrite. Alternatively, hire a freelancer.

2. Is there a way to build a Google news based blog?
There is, however, your understanding may be different from what google says, check Getting into Google News. But for a new site, I don't think so.

3. Whats the fastest way to put a simple site together in order to take advantage of a popular news item?
Install WordPress, then go over to Themeforest, buy a premium theme, install it and install a demo of the theme, delete the content and you have a simple site you can start posting.
4) Should I create a Facebook page and other social media links first?
For a news site, you will need theme so get them either first or after getting your news blog up.

I build my website and is functioning well and it is shown by google also. But unlike other websites, google is not showing the subpages, maps and review of my site. Please suggest what can I do for that.

Please try this "Manually Submit a website to the Google Search engine"

I would also search this to help you in the future "Googles Webmaster Tools"

You can use any article spinner tool to get a content from any website and spin it before posting to your website.This
is the only way i think to create a lot of content quickly. I mean how one can write 500 to 800 word article quickly.

Only it is possible to use wordpress and add a theme , not go for designing but a content.

use content generation plugins / spinner. Or you can use curation.

However, if you want your website to rank higher, create your own original content.

2) Is there a way to build a Google news based blog?

Try to use their api keys and display your news. Or the the rss feeds of your favorite websites,.

Simple way is to use content management system like Wordpress. and use a news theme.

Create a site first. then link your site to the FB page and other social media channels.

What is the best way to create a lot of content quickly? -- Use some content integration tools/ content grabbers like Free web scraping | Data extraction | Web Crawler | Octoparse, Free web scraping (This is the one I've been using.) 2) Is there a way to build a Google news based blog? -- Use their APIs provided by google news 3) Whats the fastest way to put a simple site together in order to take advantage of a popular news item? -- It's possible to use WordPress. 4) Should I create a facebook page and other social media links first? -- I think it would be better if you create your website first and create you facebook page after that.

A website build two ways

One: You can design your website by a designer using PSD or JPG or PNG file. So that will be unique and fast loading website or custom website.

Two: You can purchase a theme from Themeforest.net and customize to use it.

But most part is your website must be Responsive design for supporting desktop, tabs, mobile etc screen. So you will get more traffic for your website. And a thing site must be fast.
