code or url for social sharing icons in a pdf?

i'm making a pdf book in Adobe Indesign

i've added Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, and G+ icons to a master page

i want people to be able to click on an icon and share the book

i guess the way to do it is to link an icon in Indesign, to a url

...for example a url on my site, where people can download the book

is that right -- is that the way to do it?

what code or url would i need to enter in Indesign, for:

- button to share on linkedin

- button to share on facebook

- button to share on twitter

- button to share on Google+

?
