Anyone Know How To Do This? Tags To Auto Category?

I've been building wordpress websites and working with wordpress for years, but I finally ran into something I have no idea how to do.
I have a client that wants to automatically post his post in certain categories based on tags that the post have.
For example: Basically if I have a post that has the tag "WORDPRESS" in its tags I want it to automatically be posted in the Category "WORDPRESS"
He wants to do this because he's turning it into an auto site and I'm not sure how to set this up. I can't find a plugin on it, nor anyone that is doing it.
Any suggestions?
