Beginner Question - How To Design Such Website

Hey there guys,

Can you give me a rough idea as to how to create a website similar to this:

As you can see, it is a pretty simple website. Yet looks pretty elegant. Is there any particular scripts for such website? How do I get the design?

My main purpose is to get people on my landing page and then drive them to my eBay store.

    Man for a "simple design" you really blew it out the water. Those graphics are amazing, you have an online support team ready to assist the moment you log on. The background effects are awesome , a website like you never seen before.

    When I first logged into the website I did not know what to expect based on what was pre-written. I thought it might still be a site in development looking for feedback. However, after checking out the slick design and being able navigate the site in a way that I rarely do before, I noticed there must be some high-class programming going on.
