Wordpress Mobile Redirect for Single Page Only

I'm using the Avada theme for most of mine and client sites, and it is the bee's knees. It's responsive, so sites look good on multiple platforms. I've run into an instance where I need to redirect a landing page for mobile devices to a page actually optimized specifically for certain screen sizes. It doesn't look properly when viewing on mobile devices and it's significantly affecting conversion rates. The desktop version looks fine, but about 60% of the page visitors are from mobile. Obviously that's too large a slice to ignore.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.
