Unfinished definitely - and honestly, you haven't even really laid out specifically what the product IS/DOES or HOW it does it, or Made Your case for WHY it would benefit them beyond not losing their voice... to be honest though, and this is coming from someone who has been selling things over the phone successfully for 20 years now - if it is what I THINK it is - basically a recorded "perfect pitch" that would be played to callers over an autodialer - it's not going to go over well....It sounds great in the thinking, but in practice it's just not realistic mainly because it operates under the assumption that everybody who answers the phone is going to react exactly the same way and engage at exactly the same points in the conversation and that's just not reality..and besides, a human can offer a rebuttal, a recording can't convincingly do so, and as soon as they figure out it's a recording (99% of them will right away even if it's phenomenal) you lose all credibility and immediately become some "scam company" in their mind....

Embrace your sales prowess and keep those skills sharp, don't look for a way to automate something that just shouldn't be :-)
