Is it possible to create page within WP with recent post on it?

Dear all,

I need help on this as mention above.
Is there possibility that we can show recent post within single page itself in wordpress.org?

My intention was to create a page / home page that show recent posts in my blog.

Is it possible to do it? Appreciate someone can help me out on this. Thanks

    Just to clarify:

    - Your main site is NOT based on wordpress (static html)
    - You want to list your recent Wordpress blog posts on the homepage of your main site

    Is that a safe assumption? Are they both on the same server?

    Thanks for your reply. I manage to get it done by myself.
    Yes, the page that i want to list my recent wordpress blog posts is a page post which should count as static html.

    Didn't know that wordpress has so many things to work on it. Thanks!
