Help Me Restore My Site Please.

Hello,

Earlier this evening my WordPress site crashed. I scheduled daily backups with backwpup and I attempted a restore.

I can't seem to restore my database. The php panel keeps giving me an error and I dont know what's wrong.

I was able to restore a database but it was a database I created months ago using another plugin. I'm worried it might not work because my last site backup was yesterday while the database backup was months ago.

Pls help me. What are my options? Should I go ahead and use the months old database?

    What error you're getting when you upload you database? Many hosting companies offers backup restore service. I think you should contact to your host. There are few who asks for little fee to restore earlier date backup.

    restoring an old backup db will put back your site to the sate it where months ago....

    otherwise what's the sql error ?
    a little bit of knowledge could fix everything

    Thanks, guys. I appreciate the responses and willingness to help. I have got it all sorted out now. I contacted my web host using their chat support and they walked me through the process. I'm back online now. My apologies for the delayed response.
