How to upload these files and edit website?

I've edited some website with inspect element and saved its files with "save as.." chrome option.(Copyed google front page for example)

Can those files be uploaded via cpanel and edited with theme (change background, heding, contact form etc,)?
Know better solution for this problem or can you direct me to some tutorial.
Trying to figure this out for a while...

    you can use ftp account to upload these files to server. Our you can use cpanel and upload these files directly on server.

    You can't edit a file in a browser and save it on the website, or no website would be secure. Also the file you see in the browser "view source" is a merger of other files.
    1. Google 'how to sftp files". (secure file transfer protocol, just tech jargon).
    2. You need to install a SFTP client like Filezilla on your computer.
    3. Get your website sftp settings so you can see your files.
    4. Download any or all the website files to a working directory on your computer.
    5. For every file you want to modify, make a copy of it in case you mess up!
    6. Upload the files and check the results.
    7. Experiment!
