Character encoding issue with Wordpress site?
Hello,
I have the following problem with my 2 sites on one hosting account, a little description here:
Only before trying it, I would like to know, may there be a problem with charset? This hosting has utf8 charset.
I have another site with exact same theme and plugins, changes in theme, same custom css added etc, on another hosting with utf8mb4 and that site works fine.
That makes me think, maybe my plugins or theme is not problem here.
Anybody familiar with such issues?

- When I open pages or posts, then all page is filled with ���r�6��=�w��9Kj� or rŪFĻR˙aŠdŒ %źB and so on..
- When I refersh page or post, then it is all correct and text and pictures are all visible (except one post remains rŪFĻR˙aŠdŒ %źB even after refreshing)
- I use finnish language where are letters like ,
