Changing meta description in SE results

When I googled the address of my new blog, this is how it appears. I did just create it but I don't think it should look like this. How do I change the meta data to read appropriately instead of what it currently says?

  • I just checked your site. It looks like Google indexed, and cached it before you had it all set up, and running.

What you need to do now is resubmit it so they can crawl it again with the new page(s). Just make sure you properly set your metas before resubmitting it (you can do it with the YOAST SEO plugin you have installed)

Or, you can simply wait until google recrawls it, which they will eventually do.
