There was a dilemma in our company. Half of the staff is dissatisfied with the design and layout of the site.
Do not like a lot of images, including people. A lot of red.
I would like to know how convenient and understandable the site is in usability.

The design and layout must look simple and clear (not confusing but be well direct to the key points for visitor). To achieve this, there must be appropriate uniformity, space, balance, proximity and alignment in all of the design and layout elements. Also, not forgetting to understand and integrate your company brand personality into the whole design concept. I will suggest your company gets an independent professional person or agency to review and make proposition. Please don't hesitate to get back to me if need be. Thanks

My first comment is that the beautiful girls are not necessary in the slider, particularly the first one.

You have a speed problem, taking 7 secs to load

Looking at the sliders, there are CTAs to Order Our Service but you don't really describe your services.

The English is a bit strange in places and could do with cleaning up.

You mention so many services and processes in technical language. Most people/businesses are not interested in the technical stuff. You just confuse them!

Your Home Page is very complex and I find it a big job to read it all, so I am sure than someone non-tech would be confused. Split it up, have separate pages for the different services.

Great tips. I agree that the girl in the first picture isn't really necessary there. The website took about 2 seconds to load (Warsaw, Poland viewed on Chrome).

Regarding color patterns here's a link that could help.

      Hope you find it useful.

      Good luck!

Wouu, I like it. I would only change the colour of the map and the part where red field shows when you hover the pictures.
