Why my landing page isn't converting?

I don't know why my landing page isn't converting. I sent more than 100 clicks but there isn't any conversion yet. can anyone check and tell me what's the issue with my landing page?

    Maybe because you did not put correctly the "affiliate link" in the settings tab of your landing page in SendLane? That's why no matter how many people clicked on your link, nothing registers on the "converts" stats?

      I had shortened my affiliate link and then I did put the link correctly on the call to action button.

        Bro, I suggest try not to shorten the affiliate link. I'm not sure about that. But just try it. Copy paste the whole thing, anyway it isn't publicly displayed.
