I know this is going to sound odd, but here goes.

I have a website that is doing great with "pages". I can do almost anything I want with the site when it comes to pages. Now my wife would also like to contribute to the site but through a blog - post.

I have been doing this for 15 years and been a member on WF for what seems like an eternity. Never thought in my wildest dreams I would setup or need help with a blog page.

There is a LOT of jargon I don't understand like tags, converters, categories, etc.

Also, how do I get a stationary image on the top of the post page and then simply add in content? If someone wants to reply or post on our blog, what do I need to do to set that up for them?

I am SO lost and would really appreciate the help.

Mike

What framework are you using? Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, HTML/CSS. or something else?

Yes, you can do that by making a new page and saving it as a blog page. More info on it in Google.

What we actually do for our clients instead of making just a blog page, is to make a sub domain, blog.domain .com, install the same theme on the sub domain and link it from the main site.

It has room for growth then without interfering with the main website and is easier to control and manage.
