So I'm still setting up my site before promoting it, but it's still published. I come home today to see I have an order from Mexico. It say standard Credit Card, but status says "Abandoned". However the option to automatically order is there and I don't seeing a pending status option. Does abandoned mean the shopping cart was abandoned, if so, why would it show under new orders?

I'm using the Alidropship plugin.

Are you saying the order was abandoned or the credit card was abandoned?

Hi chooter, I hate to be so vague, but I really don't know as I'm new to both Wordpress and the AliDropship plugin

Basically, there is an order that is showing under the AliDropship plugin order list. In the status column you have there's a drop down menu that has the following: Abandoned, Failed, Cancelled, Unpaid, Ordered, Paid, Processed, Shipped, Delivered and Refunded.
There is no option there that would say Pending like pending fulfillment. When I first seen the order it said Abandoned and I didn't know if that meant the person on the other end abandoned the order or something else. I believe I may have figured it out as I tried starting the order process myself and then stopped. That order also shows up as Abandoned.

My guess is it's an abandoned shopping cart, but I'm unfamiliar with the program you are using so can not be certain.

(Shopify had a feature that showed "abandoned" when someone put items in the shopping cart, but then did not place an order.)

It does seem odd that it would be listed under orders.

You said you are using a plug-in, can I assume that means you have a WordPress website? (I haven't used WordPress in years... and presicly because of the apps and plug ins; they make the site too clunky for my tastes.) Have you contacted the plug-in creator? Or WordPress? Back when I had WordPress they were very good at answering emails to the owners; but they were a small company back then (2003) so, not sure how easy the site owners are to contact today.
